The shipping flat rate is [specify value shipping flat rate] Euro. The shipping flat rate contains the legal value added tax. Since the value added tax on the shipping flat rate is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it can be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. for the purchase of books). This means that the shipping flat rate can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be higher, but only lower in your favour.
