Sealing Cadastre

The photogrammetric recording and updating of the sealed surfaces form the basis for determining the separate wastewater fees and the distribution of the watercourse maintenance costs (especially in NRW).

It can be assumed that sealing in medium-sized cities is increasing by 2-3% annually – in large cities this proportion is significantly higher.

For more than 25 years Phoenics has been the market leader in the field of new data collection on sealing. In addition, Phoenics has developed a process for updating sealing data that enables state-of-the-art capture with improved image resolution at affordable prices. Upon request, Phoenics also offers supplementary self-questioning and recalculation of fees.

The update procedure has already been used for the major cities of Hamburg and Frankfurt, but has also been applied to numerous small and large cities and municipalities.

Tree Cadastre

Due to the high demands placed on the legal treatment of damage caused by trees, the tree cadastre is becoming increasingly important in the management of green areas. Phoenics offers photogrammetric recording from stereo aerial photographs as a low-cost procedure, which enables the exact recording of the position and height of the trees.

Green Cadastre

The foundation for the municipal green space management is the inventory of existing green spaces and the integration into a green space information system. This is the only way to ensure efficient planning, coordination and documentation of maintenance measures and new planning.

The recording of the green space cadastre includes the stereo recording from aerial photographs based on the FFL and the GALK object type catalogue. In addition to the green areas, the inventory such as wastebaskets, benches and lamps etc. is also recorded. The field survey begins as soon as the photos are taken. Using a GPS connection to Toughbooks, details are incorporated directly into the digital data record, enabling a high-precision green space cadastre to be created.

Cemetery Cadastre

The basis for a cemetery information system is the recording of the true to position geometry of the graves and assignment via the grave field and the grave number to the factual data such as grave type, occupancy status or period of use.

The acquisition of the geometry of the graves from aerial photographs offers a cost-effective alternative to conventional surveying. The geometry of the cemetery is recorded on the basis of the aerial photographs, the cemetery plan and other table information. In addition, it is possible to record further information such as the network of paths, the green areas and trees etc. of the cemetery on the basis of the aerial photographs. An additional recording of the digital path network and the green areas supports the administration in the planning and cost analysis of the maintenance.

Road Cadastre

Roads are municipal capital. Their condition and equipment as well as the existing street furniture determine their value and are also fundamental for a sustainable road management.

Phoenics records your existing road cadastre with the latest technical means and updates it as required. In the process, around 100 different object classes including street furniture are photogrammetrically taken into account.

A stereoscopic aerial image analysis is used to create the road cadastre. Terrestrial controls with GPS and Toughbook lead to a highly precise result.

Management of Industrial Parks

The basis for an efficient facility management of industrial parks and industrial plants is the accurate recording of the existing stock on the basis of aerial photographs.

Phoenics records the sealing areas, the road network, the green areas and trees as well as pipes and other objects, creates 3D building models and of course provides aerial photos and orthophotos. This results in a square metre accurate recording of the individual objects, which can then be linked with additional information, e.g. on the condition or management.
